Order Policy

All pieces at Khoyot Almaith are exclusively custom-made and tailored upon order. We do not offer ready-made or free-size items.

Clients are required to provide accurate measurements and any specific requests in the notes section at checkout.
In the absence of submitted measurements, the order will be processed based on our standard specifications, and no adjustments or refunds will be applicable.

Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order, as every piece is crafted individually with care and precision.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begins immediately.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs,Ā all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, in the rare case of an error from our side or if the item arrives damaged:

  • The item will be replaced within 7–10 working daysĀ 

  • You must notify us within 3 days of deliveryĀ 

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packagingĀ 


Alterations Policy

If there is a measurement discrepancy caused by our team, clients must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of deliveryĀ 

  • Provide a clear video showing the measurements using a measuring tapeĀ 

Once verified, the item will be collected and adjusted accordingly.

Please note:

  • Alterations are not applicable if incorrect measurements were provided by the customerĀ 

  • No exchanges or returns are permitted for sizing errors submitted during checkoutĀ 


Special Case – Button Option

If a garment is ordered with a button option and delivered without it, a AED 30 compensation will be issued in the form of a store credit (discount code) for future use.
